We feature resources for a comprehensive management training approach which includes general management training, supervisor management training, and line management training.

Our Mission
The mission of The Center for Leadership Impact is to equip and develop leaders for significant influence and impact through their roles of leadership in every arena of life. This leadership is values-based, building on a foundation of classical ethics and values that is both timeless and time-tested.
Our Training
Our training is designed to inspire and equip men and women with the skills and principles pertinent to the role and life of a transformational leader of the 21st century, including: a coherent belief system; a clearly-articulated worldview with application to a values-based philosophy of life; high-functioning emotional intelligence; a fitting sense of personal life-mission; and a variety of practical skills related to job-specific roles and responsibilities.
